Friendly Reminder: TechTube is Dying Soon…So Get Ready

This is a follow up post to our announcement about TechTube. The service will end in December and it is imperative that you begin moving your content (if you want it) off of TechTube and into Office 365 Video. Office 365 Video is part of the other apps you have as part of your Office 365 package. If you have any questions, please contact me.

TechTube Transitioning to Read-only Status Today

This is a follow up to the announcement on May 12, 2017 about discontinuing TechTube. TechTube will be switched to read-only status today as part of the next phase to end services. If you need help on how to use Office 365 video, please let members of the CTL know. You can also receive help during our Copin’ House event.

Getting Started with Blackboard for F2F Classes: Five Basic Functions to Be Successful

The Center for Transformative Learning developed a course to assist you on how to create a companion site for your face-to-face class:

  1. Navigate the Blackboard course menu;
  2. Update your instructor information;
  3. Upload a syllabus;
  4. Create an assignment; and
  5. Set up the Grade Center.

To access this online training, faculty need to self-enroll in the Blackboard course by following the directions in How to Self-Enroll in Blackboard Training or by watching the video below:
